Going to the pull apart junk yard in a couple days need help!!!!?
Gregg Asked: Going to the pull apart junk yard in a couple days need help!!!!?
I'm going to be stopping by the pull apart junk yard in a couple days to get some parts for my 99 s10. I need to get a front bumper, a ac compressor, 4 rims and tires and a pipe for my exhaust that runs from the manifold gasket to the catylatic converter. I checked out the website and it says that there are certain tools that can't be brought on site like a torch or certain saws. But I'm gonna need one to get the pipe for my exhaust. Has anyone ever been to a pull apart and have any experience getting any of these items. Please and thank you.

Someone’s Junk Car Is Another’s Goldmine
You may never believe it but someone’s junk car or parts may be another mans goldmine! This is very true when you talk about almost any type of junk you have at home or in the office.
You just cannot really see the irony of junks as all fondly call our trash junks but some is picking them up and make a fortune out of your rusting junk cars… thus the talk abut cash for junk cars these days are so prevalent on the internet.
Its not only junk cars where you can find these scenarios where people make huge fortune out of your trash. From papers to other household stuffs that you deemed trash or junk is another man’s means of living……
This picture really tells a thousand words on how one man’s junk cars or car parts can be a real huge fortune for someone else!
These scenarios we are seeing here are just some of the examples of real life cases where you can simply ignore or trash something that you think is no more significant use to you but ignorantly overlooked the huge potential for financial gain to you if you think about it. Removal of Junk Car companies make huge profit by doing just that! This just one example of how your junk cars can get cash for it…
I guess I shouldn’t go really further on this as most of us by know and understand what I am trying to convey here. We can also apply this in our daily lives where we simply throw away things that you don’t need at a glance only to regret it one day that you may need these stuffs you have just thrown away..
So before you throw things or junks and specially your old rusting car, think about it first and make some better decisions…
Exercising every single day…Why am I seeming to get a larger stomach?
MYZ Asked: Exercising every single day…Why am I seeming to get a larger stomach?
I started exercising around a week and a half ago. Since then, I have been exercising every single day. I exercise an hour every single day and have been doing a routine where I alternate between walking, jogging and sprinting. The first two or three days it seemed nothing happened. I wasn't gaining or losing weight. Then on around my fourth day of exercise I went swimming for around 3-4 hours. It wasn't intense swimming or anything I was mostly just swimming around in a pool with family members and friends while mostly relaxing. However, I was swimming pretty much the whole time.At this point, it seems I lost a little weight. After this day, I resumed my normal routine of walking, jogging and sprinting. A few days after continuing this routine I one day ate. After eating, I looked at my stomach and it looked far bigger then it was before.
To begin with, I'm not really overweight or anything. I'm around 5'4 and I weigh around 123-125 pounds. Normally, I eat complete junk food, which generally seems to have almost no effect on my weight. Ever since I've started exercising…I have been eating junk food for the most part. That one day I looked at my stomach though I ate a lot of junk food around that day and my stomach just looked so much larger. Needless to say, I was completely confused and I freaked out. Shouldn't my stomach be getting smaller? It shouldn't look like I am gaining weight. Which is what my stomach seems to be reflecting. Ever since that day, I have been cutting down on the amount of junk food I eat. Still eating junk food completely, but also drinking a lot more water and eating smaller quantities of junk food. Even despite this, it seems my stomach is still getting larger. At the same time though, I do feel stronger. I was walking earlier today not during my routine, but just randomly around my house and my stomach made me feel great. It felt wonderful while I was walking around and I felt a lot more powerful. I wondered if I was not actually gaining weight, but rather gaining muscles and if that was what has been making my stomach get larger recently. Am I just worrying for nothing and my stomach is getting larger not because of actual weight, but rather because I'm building muscle? What exactly is going on!? I'm worried somehow that I may be doing something detrimental to my health and I don't wanna end up doing something foolish.
I've looked into this matter and I can't really seem to get a firm answer. I get a variety of answers, but everyone seems to be unable to give a conclusive answer to other people who experience this problem. Is my stomach getting larger due to me building muscles? Because that would explain me feeling stronger when walking around. If not, is my diet actually somehow making my exercise backfire and making me gain weight? I can't really figure out what is going on and why my stomach is growing larger after exercising every single day. Forgive me for the long post, but if anyone could please explain what is going on it would be really appreciated. Thank you!!!

I need help getting toned. I’m not trying to get ripped. some help?
DONTSTALKME Asked: I need help getting toned. I’m not trying to get ripped. some help?
So let me start off by saying that I do consume a pretty good amount of junk food, but I sometimes eat healthy as well. I quit lifting weights last year and I began to train in boxing where i transitioned to MMA and then only wrestling and Jiu-jitsu (due to some conflict that my gym had). When I do roll at my jiu-jitsu class / wrestle, I sweat so much and it really gasses me out. It's probably one of the best workout I've ever had (more than boxing/ Muay thai). However, I don't put as much reps in push ups and crunches as much as I do in Jiu-Jitsu. It's a very good cardio workout but I'm not sure if this is enough to get me toned. After Jiu Jitsu, i come home and do 50 push ups (30 hand, 20 knuckles) 50 crunches (elbow to knee) on each side, around 25 leg ups, and scissor kicks for 25 seconds. My friend got super toned from Jiu-Jitsu and my diet isn't EXTREMELY bad, so I don't know why I'm just barely starting to see my abs when I've been working out my *** for 8 months. Like I said, I'm not trying to bodybuild, but get my body toned.
I sometimes eat Korean food but it tastes like crap and I usually make chicken fried rice (chicken breasts, white rice, carrots, onions, soy sauce and eggs) and chicken salad (lettuce, carrots, chicken breasts, and 2-3 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing.) GIVE ME SOME IDEAS ON SOME TASTY HEALTHY FOOD.

Vacation coming: tips needed?
Olivia Asked: Vacation coming: tips needed?
So I am 18, and want to shed a few more pounds before vacation. I drink plenty of water daily (about a gallon), eat healthy (like whole grain natural bread, fruit, veggies and i do not drink pop, just water) , jog for 20 minutes daily, play softball in the evenings, and I stay away from junk food, fast food, sweets, and fried foods. I also have been trying this "Organic Apply Cider Vinegar" which is supposed to flush toxins and bad things from your body. Is there anything else I can do to help lose a bit more in a month?
