I'm a 14 year old girl and I weigh 155 pounds. I want to lose some weight, not for anybody else, just to help with my own self confidence. I always tell myself "It stops today" "I'm gonna get back on track" but it's so hard for me.. In my family everybody eats Really Unhealthy.. Take out every other day, Burgers, Fries, Fried Chicken, Pizza, McDonalds… And ICE CREAM… There is ALWAYS ICE CREAM! It's so hard. I want to be healthy, I want to lose weight.. but I grew up with junk food.. It's so hard.. How can I keep on track? and what can I do to lose about 20 pounds? My goal weight is 130, so I want to lose 25 pounds. I don't have a set date I need to lose it by, but I'd love to lose it before my birthday, (late December) If you have any tips for staying on track, and maybe a workout/diet to help me I would appreciate it so much! Where do I begin!
Handlers, the people that insist on handing you every single item in their cart instead of letting you pull the cart over and do it yourself, which is much faster.
People who wait to the last minute to have payment ready, like they just piddle around while they are in line then I have to wait for them to get their cash or credit cards out
People who haven't even started writing checks, they are already annoying and time consuming but the people that don't even have the store name or date written down really?
People who act surprised when they actually have to pay
Paper bags, have you ever gotten paper cuts on all five fingers and your arms at the same time? Plus guess what cock roaches LOVE paper bags.
Reusable bags, if you have less than 20 items it's fine but if you have over $300 dollars worth of groceries and hand me 50 bags it's annoying, very time consuming and holds up the people behind you.
Kid carts, those carts with a giant toy car attached too them, super annoying.
People who leave their kids in the base of the cart and then pile all the junk around them then want everything back in the cart.
Misrung items, people who yell at me the cashier, when something doesn't ring right, I don't know the price of every item in the store.
Items that don't ring, NO you don't get it for free
Rude customers in general, your not better than me, get off your high horse.

My mom got married to this man that she only knew for about 9 months or so and its been around 3 years let me just say this is the most awful man i ever met. I dont believe in hateing someone but what we have been through with this man i personally say i hate him with all my heart. It started out with me my mom sister and brother (let me just say this my mom has been controled by every man in her life between what her father did to her and how my father treated her she is emotionaly broken and i think all she wanted was a man who would love her and protect and treat well and find her one true love) and he said that he loved her and he would provide for her and stay by her side and that he loved children and wanted a family Well boy did he lie He lived with his mommy since he was i think around 38 and he didnt get his lience till he was 40 and he is 46 now. His job he didnt get on his own his mommy got it for him also his mother did everything for him she made his food did his clothes and everything and he has a eating problem i mean a big eating problem!this is what he would usally eat in a day He would take around four beagles three sticks of butter some junk food soda and two pieces of steak and one pork chop with him to work then when he gets home he expects a secound dinner which we will never have left overs becasue he would whatever was left or pack for the next day for work and he would snack the whole time he was home he would eat our lunch meat i mean like just go in and grab a chunk and eat it also cheese and peanutbutter(YUCK) and he bought himself a tub of ice cream yesterday and it gone he ate it in the mouring and in the afternoon and then after dinner….He also basically has his own apartment he lives in the attic meaning he redid it kinda..he has a bathroom a mini frezzer and a microwave so meaninggg the only time he would come down was when he wanted a drink or food or to look for something we were doing worng so he could yell at us. He doesnt wash at all he wears the same thing everyday blue shorts things dont know what they are called and a old patriots (the football team dont know if i spelled that wrong) and he has gotten so fat that you can see his stomach…and when i said he doesnt wash i mean it i think he takes a shower maybe once a week probably not even. his hands and feet are grey he smells he room smells like him and his car. He hate my sister and my brother because they stand up for themsevles and wont take the way he treats them i mean like come on you start yelling at your wife and swearing and say kids are going to die because a gate door that he built wont close in front of a 2 and 3 year old that we babysit isnt right so my sister said to watch what you say in front of children and he starting blowing up on her i had to take the two girls we babysit out of the house till it ended.. and he doesnt like my brother cause he does the same thing (btw my brother has anger mangament issues) so he finally got my brother to move out and he went to live with our real dad and he was so happy to make him leave. My mom was so broken because her own son left her. I try to tell my sister and brother not to take anything he says personally because hes not worth it and that we all know that we are better then him but they wont listen to me. he is so close of kicking my sister out (shes 18 and is in college) the other day he got mad at her because she didnt ask him if he wanted a burger because he already had dinner when he got home he had two that my mom made for him and he just grabbed it and took up stair he will never say thank you he always say "looks good'' and my mom would be the one who says thank you and he would say your welcome… and anyways my sister made our burgers and he came down and saw that we were cooking got all angry and stormed to the kitchen and eat my moms dinner..so then my mom and him would get into a fight for about a day or so and oh yeah want to know how they talk to eachother they text eachother meaning he will be upstairs and she would be downstairs and they would just text fight. and he would text your a horible mother look at what you did to these brats and i want you out of here by tomorrow i want a divorce and im getting a lawyer..and then after they textfight for about a day he pretends that nothing happen and continue to think that he always right. My mom lost her job as a waitress at a resturaunt a couple months ago cause of the owners could afford it anymore so my mom took up babysitting so we had a 2 and 3 old over andtwins that are 6 over and my mom had to watch them from 5 in the morning till around 7 and she had to clean cook and all that stuffand i know there are people who know how hard that can be and she made him his 2nd dinner and when he finished he looked at her and said well i guess you can take the night off. I was so angry. and one last detail he didnt tell her he has aids tell about 3 months ago!

I had good to excellent reviews at walmart for nearly 10 years and got fired after reporting abuse of employees including a mentally handicapped female by a manager. The NLRB filed a charge on them for firing me for protected activity and walmart then forced me to first drop the charge before reinstating my job and then fired me twice more for false invalid reasons and the NLRB said they don't want to pursue the case after talking with walmarts lawyer. anybody else have stuff like this happen? why does anybody shop at this evil place? They have singlehandedly wrecked our economy by hoarding all the money to there top execs, stripped us of constitutional civil rights, and even ruined our values and society. save money live better? living better is about how you treat others and doing the right thing. not how much cheap chinese junk you own. thats just greed. walmart has our society believing that the greedier you are the better you're living. other people are paying the price for your cheap stuff, and you are too, in ways you may not even know or realize. in my 10 years I have seen some of the most imoral,unethical, and illegal bussines practices i.ve ever known at walmart.
