I'm a 14 year old girl and I weigh 155 pounds. I want to lose some weight, not for anybody else, just to help with my own self confidence. I always tell myself "It stops today" "I'm gonna get back on track" but it's so hard for me.. In my family everybody eats Really Unhealthy.. Take out every other day, Burgers, Fries, Fried Chicken, Pizza, McDonalds… And ICE CREAM… There is ALWAYS ICE CREAM! It's so hard. I want to be healthy, I want to lose weight.. but I grew up with junk food.. It's so hard.. How can I keep on track? and what can I do to lose about 20 pounds? My goal weight is 130, so I want to lose 25 pounds. I don't have a set date I need to lose it by, but I'd love to lose it before my birthday, (late December) If you have any tips for staying on track, and maybe a workout/diet to help me I would appreciate it so much! Try a vegetarian diet, you lose a good amount of weight at a steady pace, also eat on a 1000 calorie diet! eat vegetables, dont eat any fast food or any foods that are high in saturated fat. Good Luck!

If you have been following, I installed a junk yard 4R100 into my 2001 F250 Super Duty 4X4 with a 5.4 gas V8. After the install, the truck would not start. I experienced symptoms that would indicate that a resettable circuit breaker was tripping and resetting. Truck would only start when it wanted to. No click and battery voltage did not drop when you tried to start it. I got power to the solenoid power but it did not trip. Where do I begin!

Handlers, the people that insist on handing you every single item in their cart instead of letting you pull the cart over and do it yourself, which is much faster.

People who wait to the last minute to have payment ready, like they just piddle around while they are in line then I have to wait for them to get their cash or credit cards out

People who haven't even started writing checks, they are already annoying and time consuming but the people that don't even have the store name or date written down really?

People who act surprised when they actually have to pay

Paper bags, have you ever gotten paper cuts on all five fingers and your arms at the same time? Plus guess what cock roaches LOVE paper bags.

Reusable bags, if you have less than 20 items it's fine but if you have over $300 dollars worth of groceries and hand me 50 bags it's annoying, very time consuming and holds up the people behind you.

Kid carts, those carts with a giant toy car attached too them, super annoying.

People who leave their kids in the base of the cart and then pile all the junk around them then want everything back in the cart.

Misrung items, people who yell at me the cashier, when something doesn't ring right, I don't know the price of every item in the store.

Items that don't ring, NO you don't get it for free

Rude customers in general, your not better than me, get off your high horse.

First off Damon Wayans rules.. Second.. people who say wealth should be evenly distributed aren't thinking realistic. Your right.. there will always be those that have a significantly bigger share. My issue is that those with the bigger share are in charge of the pricing of their products, as well as the wages they pay.. and when product prices skyrocket, and wages don't budge, or even worse.. the job is sent overseas..
