So I've always been slim and have had small boobs, but recently they grew to around 32/34 B (still small, but at least bigger!) and they are pretty full and perky! My question is, will working out and starting a healthy diet make them smaller? :/
I just want to flatten my stomach, lose my love handles, and keep everything toned, and become healthier! What type of exercises will help me achieve that? I started to lift weights, do a little cardio (sometimes p90x), run/walk on the treadmill, and do butt/thigh/ab workouts. I also love my butt and don't want to lose it! haha
Will running on the treadmill make me lose my boobs? And will eating healthy make me lose all my curves and just become really skinny again? I'm cutting out junk foods, soda, sweets, and all that bad stuff. I'm not looking to really lose weight, I'm almost 5'10 and weigh around 135 so I think I'm ok?
I just want to look really good for the summer time and also be healthy. How can I keep my boobs and butt, but lose my stomach while keeping my legs, arms, and everything else toned? And what type of foods should I be eating?
