So I am 18, and want to shed a few more pounds before vacation. I drink plenty of water daily (about a gallon), eat healthy (like whole grain natural bread, fruit, veggies and i do not drink pop, just water) , jog for 20 minutes daily, play softball in the evenings, and I stay away from junk food, fast food, sweets, and fried foods. I also have been trying this "Organic Apply Cider Vinegar" which is supposed to flush toxins and bad things from your body. Is there anything else I can do to help lose a bit more in a month?
Maybe avoid carbs? That's all I can think of. Your diet or whatever you want to call it sounds good.
Unfortunately there is no magic bullet for weight loss. The best thing you can do is eat healthy and get plenty of exercise. So I would say bump up your cardio workouts. Good luck!!
